Jollibee, the beloved Filipino fast-food chain, has finally made its way to Canada! Fans of the restaurant have been flocking to the Kennedy Commons location in Toronto to get their hands on some of their signature fried chicken. But what about the other famous favorites? Does Jollibee Canada serve halo-halo? The answer is not yet. While the opening menu includes Yum burgers, signature Jollibee cheeseburgers, hamburger steaks wrapped in sauce and mushrooms with a side of rice, and artisan fried peach and mango tarts, some of the most popular items from the Philippine menu are still missing. This includes garlic rice breakfasts, Yum burgers Hawaiian and mushroom burgers, hot dogs, marinated bangus and halo-halo.
Jollibee does have plans to open a huge location in Times Square and is working on post-pandemic expansions. This means that it's only a matter of time before these beloved dishes make their way to Canada. In the meantime, fans can still enjoy some of Jollibee's other delicious offerings such as their Jolly Crispy Chicken and breakfast menu which comes with two dotted sausages, garlic rice and another hard-boiled egg. It's important to note that Jollibee does not guarantee that any of its products are halal or kosher due to variation in food suppliers and ingredient sources, the use of shared kitchen equipment, and the various requirements for halal certification.
So while there's no halo halo yet, there's still plenty of delicious food to enjoy at Jollibee Canada. Who knows? Maybe someday they'll add halo-halo to the menu!.
